Akshat Yoga School serves pure vegetarian food to support the optimum growth and development of the students. Students can savor delectable breakfast, lunch, and dinner that are prepared using fresh and 100% plant based ingredients. The expert chefs prepare delicious meals by following the Ayurveda principles and incorporating healing and restorative values.

The students can enjoy a hearty and wholesome breakfast that comprises of protein-rich foods such as nuts, salads, sprouts, and porridge along with tea, coffee, and fresh fruit juices. For lunch, our chefs prepare their special Ayurveda Thalis, which includes vegetables, salads, rice, chapatti, lentils, and salads. The dinner is usually kept light and comprises of raw fruits, cooked vegetables, and rejuvenating herbal tea.

By Bus: Rishikesh has a good network of highways and is well connected to major cities through roadways. One can take an auto-rickshaw from the bus stand to reach the center. Taxi pickup can also be arranged for the same at extra charges.

By Railway: The town is well connected to other cities through the vast railway network and once can find a connecting train through Haridwar. One can take an auto-rickshaw or taxi (extra charges applicable) from the railway station to reach the center.
