Aman Walia

Aman Walia had an inclination to physical activities since his teenage years. He practiced sports, martial arts, and attended the gym, but he still found an important element missing. Eventually, he started working at Osho Commune in Pune and later went to Dharamshala, where he took Hatha Yoga Classes. He has done 200 YTTC twice from Bihar Yoga Ashram, India and Sivananda Vedanta Ashram. He is a professional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with expertise in Pranayama and Meditation as well.


Patricia was born and brought up in a family of naturopaths, healers, and medical practitioners that inclined her sincere interest in natural ways of healing. She studied eastern philosophy, psychology, traditional Chinese medicine, Ayurveda and meditation to gain clarity over the body-mind relationship. She received further training in Yoga, Reiki, Shiatsu, Thai Massage, and got her Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy. She has worked in different countries in Europe and Asia, including India, as a multi-styled Yoga Teacher.


Naren pursued his career in engineering and travelled across countries. Yet he was unclear of his motives and objectives. He had interest in modern western philosophy and Buddhism. He dedicated his time, reading the Veda, Upanishads, ancient scriptures, along with teachings of Ramana Maharishi. He is currently an experienced Yoga Teacher and has good knowledge of yoga philosophy.

Bhupendra Shuklesh

Bhupendra Shuklesh is a professional Meditation and Pranayama teacher. He had a keen interest in Yoga since childhood and began researching on the spiritual aspects of yoga. He started practicing Meditation and Pranayama to achieve a sense of enlightenment and that’s when he decided to share his experience and knowledge to the world.

Rajat Purwal

Rajat completed his higher studies and realized he was inclined towards the science of Yoga. He had a keen interest in natural ways of healing and that made him pursue a diploma study in Yoga and naturopathy.
